Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ayurmetic, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Refund Policy

If you encounter any issues or quality problems with our product, we offer a one-week exchange policy. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery via phone at +91 77090 09077 or email at sales@ayurmetic.com, and our customer care team will assist you. Please note that returns and exchanges are subject to checking and vetting by the Nature Masons, and any damages caused by neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
To be eligible for an exchange, the products must be returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact, in their original packaging, and in an undamaged condition. The complaint must be raised within 7 days of receipt of the product. Once your return or refund request is accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
 
Please note that we do not process returns for allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance, or color variations. We highly recommend checking the ingredients list for known allergies and performing a patch test before use to check for unknown allergies. In the case of known allergies, we will allow one exchange, but only if notified within 15 days of delivery.
 
Due to the natural ingredients used in our products, they may react to environmental factors like heat, cold, etc. Although we take utmost care, there can be factors beyond our control. Damages caused by negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy.
For refunds, please note the following:
  • Credit or Debit card/UPI payments will be fully refunded and reflected in your bank account/card/wallet within 4-10 working days.
  • Cash on delivery orders will be refunded via a cheque issued in the name of the billing customer and dispatched to the billing address.
  • No refunds will be made once goods are sold.
  • Shipping charges incurred on free trials are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before your order is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
