Shipping Policy

All of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse situated in Pune, Maharashtra, and we work with reputable logistic partners to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. To confirm the receipt of your order, please ensure that the proof of delivery is signed upon delivery.
 
If you are unable to collect the order yourself, please make arrangements for an alternate person to receive it on your behalf, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor. However, kindly note that Ayurmetic cannot be held responsible for any goods signed by an alternate person.
 
Please be aware that any coupon codes, gift cards, promotional codes, affiliate codes, or discount codes are applicable only to the products and not on any shipping charges, combos, or ongoing offers. For orders above Rs. 999/- (applicable only to prepaid orders), you can enjoy FREE shipping. For COD to prepaid orders, shipping is Rs. 100/-. For COD, default charges of Rs. 100/- will apply.

Domestic Delivery

For domestic delivery, please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive. In rare cases, due to festive seasons, external factors, or natural calamities, delivery may take longer. Please note that once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
 
In the event that you need to cancel your COD or PREPAID order, kindly email us at sales@ayurmetic.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Additionally, if you receive a damaged product, please email us at sales@ayurmetic.com within 2 working days of receiving the package.

International Delivery

For international deliveries, please allow 14-21 business days for your order to arrive. However, please be advised that due to festive seasons, external factors, or natural calamities, delivery may take longer. Kindly note that shipping and handling charges may vary based on product packaging, size, volume type, and other factors. International deliveries may be subject to CUSTOM DUTIES, which the customer is responsible for paying upon receiving the package.
 
Please note that Ayurmetic only charges for shipping fees and not for customs duty charges, import duty, or any other applicable government taxes upon arrival in the destination country. If the shipment arrives in the destination country and the customer refuses to pay the customs charge, the package will be destroyed, and Ayurmetic will not be responsible.

Cancellation of Order

Please be advised that once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
